Poster Hanging Team (Go to the fairgrounds and hang invite posters all over the place!)
Friday 8/28Hand Out Invitational Water Bottles Team - 5pm at the Fairgrounds
Sunday 8/30
7am Set Up Team at the Fair (Hauling and setting up chairs, tables, sound and stage equipment, kids activities, signs, etc.)
8:00am Kids Team (Help run activities and engage with kids & families)
8:30am Invitation Team (These people will go out throughout the fairgrounds and invite people to join us for Church at The Fair.)
Noon Clean Up Team (Tearing down everything and hauling it back to the church.)
